HI, I'M MATHIEU. CALL ME MATT. 

I am not an internet guru, a professional coach or someone who just writes about leadership.

From startup founder to senior director at a Fortune 500 company, I’ve spent the last 20 years leading multi-cultural business teams in the US and in Europe, with an annual revenue up to $1 billion.

When I was 27, l got promoted to VP of sales with a team of 25 people. Like most people, I had to figure this new role out on my own. No training, no coaching.

I have been leading people in good times and in difficult times. I have mentored managers, managers of managers and people who aspired to a leadership position.

I live in France with my wife and our three children. Somehow the best leadership principles don't always seem to work on them ;)
